Under certain circumstances I had to get a unit as soon as possible. I didn’t realize how much stuff I had but I needed to get a bigger size and they worked with me accordingly I was in a bit of a timeframe and under a lot of pressure quickly within five minutes they had me transferred really close to the old unit that way there would be less work to be done. Facilities clean and the staff will make sure to let you know in case you leave your unit open by accident they will call you back to inform. I will highly recommend this facility to colleagues and family.

Good customer service, running two specials right now, quick paperwork and tour. First time there was some trash around outside but it was a windy day. In fairness, it's been clean inside and out ever since. Lots of cameras, overheard ceiling is more secure than other places.

This was my first time renting at a storage place; it was easy and painless. They didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need. I didn't check the hours and arrived at the office too early one day, and the employee who was there let me in and helped me anyway. They offer use of a rental truck at move-in, which was very useful. There are carts in the facility for moving stuff to your unit. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

My daughter needed a small unit near the UTDallas campus, in order to store furniture and clothes in between semesters. Although this storage facility is not the closest, it offered the best prices in the area. Being located on I-635, it cannot get any more convenient. To boot, the staff was very friendly and helpful while not being too over pushy.

We had the opportunity to visit two storage facilities that day. One to store our personal items and one to return our Penske rental truck. Thanks so very much to Ben at Penske for assisting me in a super stressful move. Of course, cost is always of concern but safety is so much more important. As a single female, I want to feel safe driving up, entering and distractedly focused on moving my stuff in or out. CubeSmart made me feel completely confident that I could return safely anytime as well as having a SUPER clean facility. Thanks to all of the employees who showed us immense patience and care during a super stressful time in our lives.

This storage facility is brand new (open in May 2015). It is really nice and climate controlled units in varying sizes. The prices are a little steep for what I am use to, even in Los Angeles where I was previously living. Over all however, I am happy with the customer service and place where I am storing my valuables.
