It was everything I needed and I highly recommend it to others. The only thing that was not good, is the unit could have been swept out a little more, but everything else was great, the move in was easy, getting into the unit, ( once I learned)was great and the fees was incredible. Also I didn't have to use a bunch of numbers and letters to get in the storage and unit. It was God sent. Thank you!

Price is great. Storage was a little dirty. In the email I got sent with the move in instructions, there was a line that said “code for front gate” but there was no code provided. I ended up finding the code on the website but it’s still something that should’ve been in the email. Regardless, I’m very happy with the storage.

There is trash and leaves all over. Needs to be cleaned and a manager on site.

It’s hard to exit this facility. The main exit is finicky and the exit gate near my unit doesn’t open up at all. I had to reverse 50+ yards to turn my car around and get to the main exit. It’s very cramped complex and was very difficult for my mover’s truck to approach my unit. At least the price is in line with the quality.

I'm not sure about on-site customer contact with the office. It appears the online company did everything to discourage any contact with the office. I was told to call the 800 number and let them call and get answers to any concerns. BUT prices are unbeatable for large storage units. My unit was filthy and needed to be swept out before unloading my stuff. The outside of the unit looks just fine. No frills or thrills....... I still feel it's good value compared to other units
