I didn't need a big storage space and I wanted something affordable. Fortunately, I was able to find it with Public Storage. The space was clean when I was ready to put my stuff in. Would use the storage again in the future if I ever need it

I went yesterday to put some boxes in my storage unit, but the elevator was not working...had to carry all of my boxes one by one up three flights of stairs. I was extremely exhausted and upset after finishing. Also, every time I try to go inside the office to use a dolly, the door is always locked between business hours. If the facilitator is showing a customer a unit, they could at least put a sign on the door saying so. This is my worst storage experience ever.

The process was easy. The facilities are clean and the staff is exceptional. The hours of entry and exit are somewhat a inconvenience, however for safety reasons they make sense. So far a great experience.

inadequate access to dollys to move goods. kept in a distant office without even a convenient ramp to move them to area used. I did not know this would be so bad when I rented the unit. Security is weak; need more cameras

The staff is super friendly. If the price was any better, it would be free! Climate control, locks, elevator & hand trucks all work. This is especially nice if you've ever rented at a facility where any of those don't work. Love it! Extremely happy!!

Rita was very helpful for move in info and we were able to move in somewhat easy. The 3 stars do not whatsoever reflect her amazing customer service--she is 5 stars all the way. What we were really disappointed with was someone was in the process of moving their stuff out but had left everything outside of their unit without being there and you couldnt even get through the walkways. this was not good because we then had to pay our movers more to walk around this garbage.

We compared a handful of storage providers through an internet search and settled on Public Storage after the great over-the-phone customer experience comparing their facilities nearby. The on-site personnel were polite and patient and oh so quick. We were in and out of the office in less than 20 minutes, including visiting the secure area and selecting a locker.
