My initial experience was positive, but deteriorated when there was a problem. I lost my key to the unit, reported it and was told that I would need to wait until the end of the month when the locks would be broken and mine could be changed. So I waited and at the end of the month when I went to check, the lock had not been changed. I was told the person who was to break the lock did not come because there was only one lock (mine) to change. I was shocked that my one account did not matter. So far the situation has not been corrected. Very Disappointed.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is large with a variety of options in sizes of units, climate controlled and not climate controlled. It seems secure with gates and codes, if somewhat dark - this was during the day. I have not been there after dark. The lights inside are not on motion sensor so you have to switch them on as you go down the aisle with all your stuff. The individual units are also dark with no outlets for shop lights making it hard to do any onsite organization. The lock that I have used before did not fit the hole on the door of my unit so I had to purchase a lock onsite at a somewhat exorbitant rate.

Everything was great about the experience (the initial online set up, the folks in the office, and the space itself). However, we were not sure if our homeowner's policy provided coverage, and couldn't call our insurance company as it was Sunday, so we signed up for the Public Storage insurance. When we confirmed on Monday that we do have that coverage, I had to drive back to the location to sign the iPad declining coverage. That was a huge inconvenience. You guys should make it so that this can be done online.

A little surprised by the largest storage company. For me it was cheaper, no contract (I only need it for 2 months). Service and sign up was really fast and easy. The folks and facility were great.

Elevator is not working well. I've been to the facility twice. The elevator came after Oahu g the button 4 times. The elevator didn't work at all during my second visit. I am not sure it will be working when the movers bring my goods to be stored later this week.

Easy move-in process, and great $1 for the first month deal. Beware that there are extra charges for insurance and admin fees, but otherwise, the company makes move-in quite simple and the staff are friendly. Facilities are well-kept as well.

The staff -specifically Anthony, went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my unit and that I understood the process of reserving it. I highly recommend this location and the company as a whole. It's worth the extra $$ knowing I have a trustworthy and helpful staff to rely on, as well as a safe place to store my belongings.

Managers and team members on-site were great even through technical difficulties at their office. The location is nice and easy to navigate, however there are no security cameras at all. I expected more cameras in the buildings especially with limited lighting and hours after dark. To me the entry codes aren't enough to feel safe being in the building alone.

I want over sold on a space that was too big. I was asked several times what I had to store and the size of space they recommended. They also added if the space was too big or too small, I could downgrade or upgrade.
